Please review these terms carefully before using Big Sport.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Big Sport account or using any of our services, you agree to these terms and any additional policies referenced herein.
2. Booking rules
Users must adhere to each club’s regulations. Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time. Cancellation windows are disclosed before confirming a booking.
3. Payments
All fees are displayed in the local currency of the venue. Payments processed through Big Sport are securely handled by our payment partners.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that participants associated with your reservations respect the facilities.
5. Liability
Big Sport is a technology provider. Clubs are solely responsible for the safety of facilities and equipment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Sport is not liable for injuries or damages arising from participation in sporting activities.
6. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. When changes are significant we will notify users via email or in-app alerts at least 15 days prior to enforcement.
