1. Information we collect
We collect account details, booking preferences, device data, and payment information required to operate the Big Sport platform. Club administrators may also supply roster information for their members.
2. How we use your information
Your data powers core features such as reservations, matchmaking, notifications, and customer support. Aggregated, anonymized information helps us improve features and plan new products.
3. Sharing and disclosures
We only share data with partner clubs when necessary to fulfill a booking or with service providers that support payments, analytics, or messaging. We never sell your personal information.
4. Data retention and security
Big Sport retains your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your information.
5. Your rights
You can access, update, or delete your personal data from the account settings panel or by contacting privacy@bigsport.io. We respond to all verified requests within 30 days.
